S.A.F.E. Staffing Connections is a faith-based, second chance staffing agency that places "returning citizens," (aka formerly incarcerated individuals) into new opportunities where they can develop their careers and retain their freedom. We help these citizens find good jobs with companies who want to make a difference in their community and that have a desire to help the marginalized. We want to give these citizens the greatest chance for success. So, we also work with other resourceful companies to provide housing, transportation, education, skill development and life coaching services for these individuals. Our candidates come to employers with a foundation and continued support in career readiness, effective management and critical skills for success. It is our mission to reduce prison recidivism, produce law-abiding tax-paying citizens and for our candidates to be S.A.F.E.
